Aurora currently holds the position of International HR Consultant at Flower&Klein. Prior to joining our team, she worked at an Italian company specializing in headhunting and HR consultancy. With a degree in foreign languages and native-level proficiency in German, Aurora possesses a rich cultural and linguistic background that has shaped her international perspective. In her current role, she primarily manages recruitment projects in the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the DACH market. Her areas of expertise span across Retail, Fashion/Luxury, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering. Aurora is fluent in German and English, and she is currently studying French.
