Camilla is currently working as Junior HR Consultant at Flower&Klein. Before joining the team, she gained two years of experience as a Recruiter, initially working for a textile company and later for an auditing firm. Throughout her professional journey, she managed personnel searches across several areas, with a particular focus on finance positions.

She gaineda Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology and a Master's degree in Training and Development of Human Resources from the University of Milan-Bicocca.
