Claudia Milanese

Before joining Flower&Klein, Claudia has worked as HR Consultant in head hunting and HR consulting firms for 3 years. These experiences were crucial for her formation and for developing a real passion and interest in HR. As International HR Consultant in Flower&Klein, she currently manages and executes international projects in different sectors. The interest in a multidisciplinary approach led her to gain a Bachelor’s Degree in International Sciences and European Institutions at the University of Milan. She continued her studies in Political Science gaining a Master’s Degree in Governamental Sciences and Public Policy at the University of Trieste. She joined international study programs that led her to spend time in Thailand and France. She enjoys challenge and multicultural context, where she can find a mutual exchange and a continuous discussion. She speaks English and French.
