Giotto has over 20 years of experience in the Executive Search​ industry. Before joining Flower&Klein, Giotto worked for HR consulting firms in Italy serving several local and​ international companies searching for managers and C-Levels, covering strategic and executive roles within the organisations.​ Partner of Flower&Klein since 2016, Giotto is bringing forward his mission​ of creating the best connections between people, ​working on assignments in Europe, Russia, China, Brazil, ​and the USA. ​Giotto also leads Human Capital projects for many relevant Italian family ​companies as well as Private Equity firms, keeping his focus on Executive and Senior Managers assignments in the areas of General Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations & Production. Having placed dozens of top-management and key-people across several companies, Giotto has left a significant legacy in the organisations he has been working for and the industries they belong to, creating a large and solid network of people that relies on him for the most strategic, confidential and sensitive assignments. Giotto holds an MA in Political Sciences at « Università Statale» of Milan, and also a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. He is a Certified Hogan Assessor. Italian mothertongue, Giotto speaks fluently French and English.
