Ilaria Speranza Pugni

Before joining Flower&Klein, Ilaria worked as HR Consultant in an Italian company specialized in Head Hunting. She dealt with Researching and Organization Mapping for several areas such as Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, TLC, Renewables and Marine. From this experience, she decided to grow up in FK to become an international head hunter. She graduated in Organizational Psychology from “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Milan in 2021. She spent a period in Spain with the Erasmus Project, where she started to study Spanish and Catalan. She speaks fluently English.
