Ludovica is currently working as HR Consultant in the Legal team of Flower&Klein. After graduating in Interpreting and Translation at IULM University, she did her master’s degree in International Management at Università Cattolica. Ludovica started her professional experience as recruiter in a multinational retail pharmacy company, and then worked as headhunter in a multinational headhunting society for two years. When working as headhunter, she dealt with business development and recruiting activities, selecting Finance, HR and Legal candidates for companies operating in many sectors: Retail, Fashion, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, IT, Packaging, Hotellerie.

As HR Consultant in Flower&Klein, Ludovica is now specialised in Tax&Legal recruitment projects, collaborating with Italian and international law firms and companies.

Ludovica speaks English fluently and has a good knowledge of German.
