Managing ConsultantMichele has been working in the Human Resources industry since 2015, having worked both as an HR Business Partner within the corporate environment and as a recruitment consultant. Before joining Flower&Klein, Michele started and consolidated his career in the HR department of one of the largest international companies in the Fashion Industry, dealing both with talent development and organisational issues; later on he has entered a leading multinational hr consulting organisation, where he had supported several companies across different industries including engineering, construction, textile and manufacturing in the delivery of search projects for both Middle and Senior Management roles. In this context, Michele has engaged with CEOs, HR Directors and Business Partners, as well as Technical and Operation Directors for finding the best talents across different areas including Operations, Technical Sales and Procurement. Thanks to his background both as an HR Business Partner and as a Consultant, Michele has developed a wide and deep perspective of how to find and attract talent respecting the client’s internal processes and approach; this is particularly appreciated by his stakeholders, together with his consulting and pragmatic approach, always focused on satisfying the needs and establishing a relationship of trust. Michele has graduated in Work Psychology at the University of Trento. Italian mother-tongue, Michele speaks fluent French and English.
