Serena Marotta

Serena, before joining Flower&Klein, worked as a trainee lawyer at a law firm in Milan and, in 2022, began her career as a Consultant at an Italian company specializing in Head Hunting and Executive Search, focusing on the search and selection of legal profiles. As HR Consultant, she manages recruitment projects on behalf of various law firms and companies, handling both freelance professionals and in-house lawyers. She obtained her Law degree from the University of Bologna in 2019.
