Simona Lissoni

Simona spent her career in HR consulting. She has significant work experience in management training projects, starting from training needs analysis and accordingly delivering courses. She also operated as a workshop facilitator on soft skills themes. She is able to develop and manage assessment tests to map candidates’s skills and aptitudes during selection process or development plans. Her Execeutive Search experience completes her profile, she worked with several companies, therefore she is able to understand the different contexts. Before joining Flower&Klein, Simona worked as Consultant in Ward Howell Italy for 7 years, a company specialized in Head Hunting and Executive Search. She dealt with Head Hunting, Organization Mapping and Assessment Process. She graduated in Education Adult Orientation and Development of Training Systems from Università Cattolica of Milan. Today in Flower&Klein she’s an International HR Consultant, she manages and executes EMEA and Global recruitment projects. Speaks fluently in English and French.
