Before founding his own company, he worked for two major recruitment agencies, gaining extensive experience across a wide range of search mandates. In recent years he has specialised in the recruitment and placement of leaders, while remaining open to sourcing talent in all functional areas whenever it best serves both the client and the candidate.
Alongside his recruitment background, Anthony brings approximately 15 years of experience in team and business management. A strong passion for people, an ethical mindset and the ability to identify the right solution at the right time have been key drivers throughout his career. Skilled in recognising critical issues and analysing performance-related challenges, he supports his clients by providing strategic advice aimed at sustaining and growing their businesses.
His technical areas of expertise include IT and Engineering, strengthened by his studies in software programming at HEIG-VD.
