Carola Di Monaco

Before joining Flower&Klein she worked for national and international law firms where she provided legal assistance to important international investors, companies and banks on M&A transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures as well as on general corporate/real estate legal matters. As an International HR Consultant at Flower&Klein, Carola focuses on legal recruitment projects in different practice areas (including corporate law, finance, restructuring, tax, employment, real estate, litigation etc.) for international and domestic law firms, as well as on national and international recruitment projects, across a different range of sectors. By virtue of her experience gained in different law firms, she has an extensive knowledge of the business field which allows her to provide practical and constructive advice in the context of the legal market. In 2018 she graduated from Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata where she studied law (grade 110/110) with final dissertation in corporate law (i.e. the mechanism of multiple vote and increased vote for unlisted and listed companies in Italy, the main EU countries and USA). Carola is bilingual in Spanish and Italian and she speaks fluent English and has an intermediate level of French.
