Federico has gathered over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Executive Search. He joined Flower&Klein in 2017. He has delivered national and international search assignments for executive and senior professionals in different areas including General Management, Operations/Production, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance&Accounting, HR and Legal, across different industries such as the Professional Services, the Manufacturing, Industrial and Consumer Goods. Federico’s search experience extends to multiple countries: Italy, Switzerland, the UK, Spain, France, Germany, the US and Brazil. Federico has studied in the UK, where in 2004 he has obtained the MA in Management Studies at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. Italian mother tongue, he speaks fluently English and Spanish.
