Giorgia Bigioggero

3-year experience in the Human Resources world, mainly in the activites of Search & Selection for Middle & Top Management profiles. Before joining Flower&Klein, Giorgia has gained a brief experience as HR Generalist in a local APL and, after that, she has worked for 2 years as HR Consultant at an Italian company specialized in Head Hunting and Executive Search. During this period, she handled search projects, Organization Mapping and Talent Scounting activities. As HR Consultant in Flower&Klein, she currently manages recruitment projects for various functions in the following industries: Fashion/Luxury, Pharmaceuticals, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. In 2018 she graduated in Communication at Università degli Studi di Milano. In order to obtain a deeper knowledge of HR, she attended a Master at 24ORE Business School. Due to her educational background, she speaks English and she has good comprehension of Spanish and French languages. Finally, she is also actively learning German.
