Marta Macaluso

Before taking part in the Flower&Klein team, Marta worked in the world of human
resources in a large multinational company, holding the position of HR Account
Manager. There, she was in charge of recruitment, personnel selection, and temporary
employment for middle profiles.
As Jr HR Consultant in Flower&Klein, she supports and collaborates with the team to
manage international recruiting projects in the following sectors: Retail,
Fashion/Luxury, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Mechanical, and Industrial
Engineering.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages for International Relations, specializing in
English and Chinese, and a Master's degree in Political Science for International
Development Cooperation from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy.
Marta is fluent in English and French
