3 years of experience in Human Resource within Hospitality industry. Before joining Flower&Klein team for almost 3 years she has worked as HR Generalist in a prestigious Leasure & Hospitality Group, focused on staff management, recruitment, onboarding and communication activities. As HR Consultant in Flower&Klein she currently manages and executes recruitment projects for various functions in the following sectors: Fashion/Luxury, Pharmaceuticals, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. She gained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, and then she completed her studies with a master in HR at 24ore Business School. She lives in Como and she speaks English.
